Climate Change White Paper
The ICF Jones & Stokes Climate Change Focus Group has created an industry whitepaper to demonstrate the framework by which one can incorporate climate change into CEQA/NEPA documents. To address climate change from within the CEQA/NEPA framework one must address two key questions:
- How will a project affect climate change?
- How will a project be affected by climate change?
